Fadhel is the Chief Executive Officer of Tharwa, where he leads the academy’s strategy and business development initiatives.
He has worked at sovereign wealth funds and brings deep institutional perspective to Tharwa’s work.
He holds both the CFA and CAIA charter designations and is committed to building world-class finance capability in the region.
Shanin Thomas, CFA
Shanin is the Head of Learning at Tharwa, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of training quality.
He previously led the CFA training vertical at Kaplan Professional in Abu Dhabi.
Earlier in his career, Shanin worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with JPMorgan.
He brings a strong practitioner-led, institution-grade approach to finance education at Tharwa Academy.
